This is definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The only positive thing it had going for it was the graveyard attended there.
It was me, my two adult nieces, and one of my adult nieces two children ages 12 and 9. I ordered a two bedroom suite but on October 28th the two bedroom suite was not available, so I ordered a one bedroom suite for one night,We checked in dropped our bags off and we left to visit the friends we came to visit in Seattle, we didn't return until around midnight. That is when we found out that the lights,TV, & phone didn't work, so it forced us to walk over to the lobby and tell the lady, she walked us back to the room realize we were telling the truth and decided we needed to move at around 1:30 a.m. the next day we were supposed to check into our two bedroom suite, and at around 11:30 a.m. one of the ladies that was working there came and banged on our door to tell us we needed to get out!!! Yes that is exactly how she said it that we needed to get out and that even though and she put these in quotations that are" supposed move at 1:30 a.m." is not a reason for us to stay in this room because she could be renting this room out!!!! And that we could store our luggage in their Lobby, not behind the desk" but in their Lobby".
So we all graciously packed up everything ( that was not easy, we are five women) and lugged it over to the lobby, Then we checked into our two bedroom suite. believe it or not the water, microwave, & telephone didn't work over there!!!!! that is now 3 room for witch the phone didn't work. and when you check into a room like that you're expecting utensils, plates, bowls, cookware, something, but there was absolutely nothing to cook with, why would you rent a room like that if you had to go buy all your breakfast, lunch, and dinners in the first place? Please do not ever rent a room at this place.
I am 58 years old; and I am just now learning about yelp.from this day forward everybody better expect a review from me, if I am forking out good money like this I expect top notch service.

This place is horrible! The picture is a lot nicer! Don't be fool! You are feeling like you're living in the slums. We got here and the WiFi,m and cable didn't work all night. Also the computer was down and he photo copied my credit card. He kept running it and it locked for safely. The price is only about 30 dollars cheaper then other places! Be warn!

The hotel is not the best but livable. The room didn't come with enough towels so we have to constantly asking for more. The breakfast hours were short and too early (7-9am).

The most annoying part during our stay was the construction they were having. We even received a notice, threatening that our car will be towed if we park in front of our room. That doesn't make sense!!! They should have given us a room away from the construction zone if they don't want us to park there.

I'm giving this place a 3 stars because the front desk lady was friendly and nice. Other than the parking situation, the place isn't too bad

Our 14 year old son slept on the hide-a-bed in the living room. His upper body was covered in bites which have progressively worsened.

I got a call from Samantha at the front desk around 11:00 am and was told, they would not be extending our stay. I said "may I ask why?" She said "due to the situation." I replied "you are not letting us stay because your room had bed bugs?" She replied "yes."

No one physically came up and looked at the room prior to asking us to leave. They also never asked about the well being of our son. It was clear they knew about the bed bugs and didn't want us to spread them to another room.

We recorded one of the conversations we had with the front desk, to show the lack of tact and respect demonstrated by the personnel. It is alarming that someone in customer service would treat anyone like this much less

The location, price and cleanliness of these hotel suites can't be beat. Couple that with new management and the fantastic front desk manager, Samantha and you can't go wrong! The location is also very quiet, the beds are comfortable and the entire complex is secure. This is a great option for people who need extended stays as well.

We will definitely recommend this hotel to all of our friends

I can't decide what's the worst thing about this place. Being abandoned by the supposed 24-hour airport shuttle TWICE? The repulsive room, with its vermin, water damage, stench, and cigarette burn holes in the bedspread? The rude and incompetent staff? All in all, the worst hotel experience of my life. Its only saving grace was that it was close to the airport. But there are lots of other hotels close by. Save yourself a headache and pick a different place.

One of the worst hotels I have dealt with. The funny thing is I haven't stayed at that hotel before and I will never stay there! I called the front desk to help me cancel 2 reservation which they said I will need to cancel online because I booked online. Tried canceling it online but their cancellation page doesn't give you a cancellation button to press. Called the front desk again who said they can't cancel it and gave me the cooperate number. Called that number and the lady who assisted me over the phone was so incompetent. She cancelled my 1st reservation but couldn't find my 2nd reservation. I suggested to her other ways to look up my reservation (I once worked at a hotel) she finally found it. She then made a statement about inputting the other number, which clearly tells me that she has been inputting the confirmation number of the reservation she just canceled. How dumb is that!?! What a waste of my time! First and last for everything. Thank goodness this will be my first and last dealing with this hotel.

We had BED BUGS! They were crawling on us and on the furniture!!!! It was disgusting! The rooms are old one bedroom apartments converted to a hotel room. The bathroom had half the linoleum ripped off, the sheets were "clean". It smelled like mold as well. The bathroom was clean, but I wouldn't take a bath unless you yourself bleach the hell out of it. The lobby is better looking then anything at the hotel. They have a bikini barista in the parking lot, which I thought was awesome! Other than the bikini barista, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BED BUG INFESTED HOTEL!
