The owner or old lady that works night is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I went out an exit sign marked exit with no signs or indication saying that an alarm would go off or that you cannot go out this way so I did and the lady working the front desk started yelling at me and telling me I should know better not to go out the door when again it's clearly lit up with the green sign that says Exit. The rooms are pretty dirty and the cable channels are horrible. For the price you can get something in way better with actual professional employees take care about providing you with great customer service. Don't stay here unless you have no choice!!!

I'll give this place a two just because it was cheap. But as soon as you walk in there is black mold leaking and running down the ceiling. The picture in the website is very misleading which looks very nice from the outside. The beds were made with a flat sheet and not a comforter. The mattresses looked like something you would buy at a thrift store and hard. Although the front desk person wasn't rude they were not that welcoming either. If you need just a bed to sleep in and don't have a lot of money this is your hotel other than that the halls stink of ciggeretts and the lobby wasn't very clean.

Never. Again.
Mattress is extremely filthy. I wanted to cancel but was stuck because of Priceline's stupid non-refundable policy.
So... gave this place a try. I cringe at the thought of that place as I write this a few days later.
So NOT worth the $79 I paid for the night. The room is more like $20-30 for the quality they displayed. Everything reeked of cigarettes. And I mean EVERYTHING. The bath towels, the bed sheets too, and pillows! Doesn't look or smell freshly laundered.
Never. Again.
I am not going to trust Priceline either for putting me with this place.
America's Best Inn?... a joke.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - reina t.San Francisco, CA13444Aug 17, 2014First to Review
Fellow travelers,
PLEASE! Do yourself a favor and skip this place. My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and used priceline to book this place. I will never use priceline again after seeing the kind of hotels they give you as an option. I waited 20 minutes to have someone check me in, the place smelled of homeless people and urine. We got to our room only to find multiple stains throughout the room, on the carpet, the chair, and mold on the shower curtain. The bed sheets did not cover the bed and the room reeked of a smell that not even an open window for 24 hours could take away. The stench of homeless person was permeated into the walls, sheets, carpet, everywhere. I was afraid to walk barefoot in this room and we considered just eating the money and leaving the night we got there to find a cleaner place, alas, I am not made of money and put down an unreasonable chunk of change to stay at this place. I am honestly surprised that this place is still in business, I was fearful for my health and my boyfriend and I even did a bed bug check because this place is just that filthy. Additionally, when we took a shower, the smoke alarm went off because maybe the steam set it off? I guess it's a good sign it worked, but a little too well if you can't even take a shower with the smoke alarm blaring through the room and piercing your eardrums.
The guy who worked there in the morning seemed nice and fixed the smoke alarm for us, but besides that you would be better off shelling out the extra few bucks for a room that does not make you feel like you contracted some type of disease just by being in it.
America's BEST value inn? Me thinks not.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Karin M.Vancouver, WA12471Jul 8, 2016
For 100.00 per night, i am glad we stayed only one. We stepped in the door of the lobby and were immediately struck my the stale smell of cigarettes. Dingy, dirty and no one at desk. A guy came out after a few minutes, not friendly. One writer the people that worked there creepy. Not sure he was creepy, the place didn't feel at all classy, cozy, quirky or clean. The room had one queen and plenty of space, but the carpet smelled. Bathroom was clean enough but I haven't heard a toilet that loud in years. No water pressure and no niceties. Pretty quiet which was nice, and the a/c was ok. We won't try again. Too many other places to try. I know places in the Sea-Tac area are expensive but this felt like slumming. Sorry to leave negative reviews but this place was awful.

Wonderful Hotel. The customer service is great and the rooms are clean. I really enjoyed my stay and I found it to be very economical for my budget. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I love it and I will come back again next summer.

A dump! We stayed here because other places we tried were booked. The room didn't smell but the hallway did. Our carpet was filthy. Only two of the four bathroom light bulbs worked and one was missing. And when was the last time you saw an old CRT television? Oh well, any port in a storm, I guess.

The people that work here r creepy. I only say they 'work' here because they're behind the front desk and occassionally answer the phone. The owner is fairly ok...but the petty creeps he has working for him, lie, harass. One even walked in on me when I first came here, he put on the computer that the sink needed repairing, a decent lady that works here thought that didnt make sense and gave me the room. Half hour after I checked in, one of the *workers* pranced into the room with a buddy behind him. Funnily, I didnt really mind that incident too much, he called the room and apologized. I much more mind the gossipy lying antics of some other workers, that story just seems to get the point of lack of professionalism across

Ended up booking a reservation here because everything in a 30 mile radius was booked up, and I had to be up there for training. If I wasn't so tired from running on 4-hours of sleep the 3 nights prior, I would have driven myself home, 2.5 hours away, just to be back by 7 am the next morning. That's what I did the second night. Everything is dirty, the linens are tattered and delivered in a rite-aid shopping cart, the halls smell of marijuana, and the elevator has carpet that isn't really tacked down and smells of urine. People live there full time, so the crowd is repulsive. I could not believe the place is allowed to stay in business. I was terrified to park my car there for fear of damage or break in. If you don't absolutely HAVE to stay there, don't. The money saved is not worth the experience.
