The Washington Outfitters & Guides Association (WOGA) is the only industry organization in Washington that represents outfitters, sport-fishing guides, horse and llama packers, white-water rafters, hunting guides, and other outdoor professionals who supply "outfitted services" to the recreational public in our state.
