Esther's Restaurant

Esther’s Restaurant is Republic’s best spot for Mexican food, freshly made chips and salsa, burritos, chicken enchiladas, shredded-beef tacos, and stand-out carne asada. The restaurant has a separate, full-service bar, which carries an extensive selection of imported Mexican beers as well as several micro-brew beers from the Republic Brewing Company.
